And who's your friend here in the US? Not sure what parts you're trying to get, but couldn't any of the forum sponsors get you those parts faster? Anyhow, if the Z is paid off, put it in storage until you're about to come back to the US. Pick at it yourself (DIY) at a slow pace while it's in there. This would be a time for you to learn more about your Z. This site could easily get you through it. And if you have a little bit of money to put down, get the Hyundai or other domestic car you had mentioned for the time being. Then again, you and only you know what CAN be done.
